About Happy Acres
I am a small breeder of AKC Havanese and miniature sheepadoodles located just south of Madison, Wisconsin. I live on a small hobby farm. I am not a commercial breeder; my dogs are my babies and live in the house with me, sleep in my bed and cuddle on the couch. They love running around on the farm and taking daily trips to the dog park.

I endeavor to breed for the best health, temperament and coat colors. My Havanese have completed all health certifications recommended for their breed by the AKC and Havanese Club of America. This includes OFA patella certification, OFA hip certification and CAER eye exam. My dogs are friendly, happy, cuddly companion animals. I breed Havanese with the desirable recessive "chocolate" gene which means they have the lighter colored eyes, light colored pigment and coat colors in a variety of white, cream, fawn, sable and chocolate.

My first three dogs, two mini goldendoodles and a rescue Shih Tzu mix. My oldest goldendoodle (Left side of the picture) has now passed away. The other two help with puppy socialization and teaching manners!
